<p>Red meat is obviously an excellent source of protein, but it is also a great source of iron, and many B vitamins, like B6 and B12. The body needs iron because it is an important part of hemoglobin, the part of the blood that carries oxygen. Both B6 and B12 help with energy metabolism, and vitamin B12 aids in the proper function of the nervous and circulatory systems, as well as the regeneration of red blood cells.</p>

So before you get super motivated and do a two hour stint at the gym to start out your new workout regimen, which results in a week of physical exhaustion before you can work out again, bear this information in mind.</p>
<p>Moderate, regular exercise is much better for you. It may not make you look like Bruce Lee or Janet Jackson, but it will improve your overall health and wellness and most likely prolong your life, creating in your body the ideal conditions for the cleaning up of free radicals.</p>

<li> Take vitamin B1. Mosquitoes hate the smell of vitamin B1, and if you are taking it they will hate the smell of you! It will not make you smell bad, however to yourself or to people.</li>
<li> There are plants that mosquitoes don&#8217;t like. They are rosemary, marigolds, citronella grass, and catnip. As you&#8217;re doing the landscaping, include these near your porch or sitting area.</li>
<li> Buy a ‘mosquito plant&#8217; at your local plant store, and crush the leaves in some vodka to release the oils. Put into a spray bottle, and, presto! You have created a natural bug repellant!</li>
